to achieve that look try putting both black eyeliner on the waterline and under the lash for the under eye. to achieve the top of the eye line the top with black and make it very thick on the outer corner and thinner as you go to the inner cornerMakeup help !!?
put a tan base coat over the lid of your eye. Put white eye shadow or shimmer powder under your eyebrows. Put on black eyeshadow on your lower eyelid and bottom follow with think liner and mascara. Liquid eyeliner is the best for a long lasting look.
lots of eyeliner, while putting it on, apply more thickness to the outer corners of your eye, also don't put it just on the water line, and some below it. You have to do it on the top also. Add some mascara and you've got her look.

first of all try to get a dark shade of black or blue or-this would be nice and different- purple mascara. then apply a thick coat of liquid eye liner on both the top and bottom lids. to get a dramatic look put a layer of black eye shadow on the top lid.
no offense butu look kinda scary lol...but kool with it....am cut down a bit on the black to much and dont part ur hair ....part it at a side that wud look nice.....and maybe bangs at the side not 1s at the top lol...and use eyepencil instead of to much on top ur eyes....
