Makeup help!?

i have green eyes and redhair . i want my eyes to pop . but i want a natural look . also, should eyeliner be worn on the rim of the eye or under?


and a reccomendation in brands of effective concealer. please and thank you!Makeup help!?
If you want your eyes to pop out wear eyeliner and mascara. You could wear black or brown. It wont look fake if you just use a thin line under the rim of your eye and then a thin line starting from the outside crease of your eye. Dont draw a line around your whole entire and get it as close to the rim and eyelashes as possible. Clinique is a good natural looking makeup brand. I believe they have some good concealers.Makeup help!?
since you have green eyes you should wear darker colors, like a light brown blended with a darker brown i have blue eyes and it works great. and for the eyeliner part, i think you should wear it in the rim,because wearing it under tendsto smudge on me. =]
