NYC is awesome, and very cheap
I know their eyeliners and nail polish are only 99 cents each, and they're sold at drug stores. Go for a good mascara, black eyeliner, and dark, silvery eyeshadow.
DON'T draw eyeliner past the corner of your eyes, it looks weird
go to ulta. If you don't have that store, you can go to www.ulta.com, and order it. Or, use max factor for eye shadows, blush, etc.
For eyeliner, use almay. It works well. Make sure you get liquid as well as solid if you want the ';emo eye';.
NYC Cosmetics Are Good. They Are Cheap, The Colors And Selections Are Awesome. I Did However, Try Wet n' Wild Once, But It Reminded Me Too Much Of Halloween Makeup. So Now, I Just Stick With NYC.

and it still is really good..
it goes on really easily and comes off easy too, but doesn't smear easily tho...
The emo-eye consists of a bright base , like fushia, or bright copper , purples , emerald/lime green for the eye crease.
Brands to try: La Splash eye sparkle , its like colourful dust , but the shades are fab for the price.
Eyeliner : Bourjois eyeliners are the best(metalic)
MAC is also good , colours to try : Copperring, Plum Dressing.
Mascara : Zoom Lash from MAC
I usually DO NOT buy the cheap brands because they are horrible for your skin.... but... I do use N.Y.C. eyeliner which is only .99 at Wal-Mart or Target. If you like the emo look..go for the Dark Shadows from MAX factor which is also from Wal-Mart and Target. Both are very affordable and fun to apply.
