Makeup help!!!!!!!!!!!?

ok so i wear eye liner and eyeshadow when i put anything on like pink green blue any color eye shadow it wears off and turns light black or gray i even stopped wearing masgara thinking thats the problem but it continuuesMakeup help!!!!!!!!!!!?
That sounds odd that it would turn light black or gray I have never seen that before, but do try Jessica B's suggestions. They sound very helpful.Makeup help!!!!!!!!!!!?
You need to use an eyeshadow base. There are plenty of products out there on the market, like Urban Decay Primer Potion, that you can try out. If you don't want to spend the extra cash, just prime your lids with a cream concealer or cream eyeshadow in a neutral color. Then put your powder eyeshadow on top, like you normally would.





Rule to live by, makeup-wise: Powder makeup always needs a cream or liquid makeup to adhere to, and liquid or cream makeup always needs a powder to set it.
I have never heard that before. You might want to by new makeup. If your eyeliner is pencil it is probably smudging all over your eyes. First put a soft color base eyeshadow on, like pale pink or off white. Then apply your eyeshadow. Follow it by using the eyeliner. If its pencil make sure it doesn't go on really dark. If it does smudge it so the access makeup rubs off on the q-tip or a smudge brush. This will help so you don't get the eyeliner lines on your lids and then your eyes turn gray. Use mascara, if your eyes water make sure you use waterproof.
apply power under the eye liner... it will help absorb... also..


after you have applied your eye shadow, try repassing over the eyeliner finely over the line, or else if you only applied light colours with black eye shadow, just dab a bit.. it will help fix it and give it some more time before running...


also sharpen your eye pencil slightly before you use it..





best eye liner is the the dior crayon... try it..
