Kay, so you're going to the beach.. wear a bathing suit! And if it gets chilly, bring a cute miniskirt, or something light but cozy. And a nice tank top that matches your skin tone. For makeup, depending on your eye color, light colors and earthy tones look the most natural, and a gold shade looks aMAZing against anyones eyelid, regardless of eye color. Looks great with blue, green, brown, etc lol. And some tinted lip balm with SPF protection - you want soft lips that aren't sunburned or dry, and that looks pretty %26amp; natural. Try that with a lengthening waterproof mascara - don't go for volumizing, because they tend to look fake and once again lol, unnatural. UNATURAL is my word for the day hehehe..anyways Good luck!! Drink lots of water too!Makeup help!?
I highly suggest using clear mascara, because even most waterproof mascaras run at least a little, or create those nasty little flakes when it gets wet. If you have decent skin, don't worry about any type of foundation, just sun screen and a bit of cream blush for colour. If your skin needs a little extra coverage, anything more than a tinted moisturizer will be a bad idea. Even though you want to look good, having makeup running down your face will look way worse than having some red spots showing. Lastly, apply a bit of lightly coloured lip balm such as Dr. Pepper Lip Smackers, F'Lip Style by Bonne Belle in ';Sweet As Strawberry Pie'; or Nyx's tinted lip spa in ';Vintage';
use some mineral blush/bronzer to give you some life or powder that can go over your sunscreen (prevent skin cancer!) to make your face look less shiny

then just put on a little waterproof mascara and that should be good!

maybe even a tinted chapstick with spf (burts bees...)
Water proof mascara....it is a pain to take off, but it will open up your eyes so much and thats all you need. You don't want to wear anything on your face/skin if you are going to be in the sun.
Add some bronzer to your cheeks. Maybe a little bit of eyeliner on your lower waterline. Some mascara.
A good concealer, and a waterproof mascara.
just wear a little water proof eyeliner
