For everyday makeup i would recommend deeper richer colors. Try shades of plum, maroon and gold. You can also put a rich navy blue on, and it would look amazing. For a dance, i would go with a shimmery eyeshadow that goes with your outfit, mascara, eyeliner, etc.etc. You may want to consider false eyelashes. (Not the plastic ones. try bare minerals makeup its very natural looking, good for everyday but also nice for when you go out. If you get the start kit, it comes with a DVD on how to use it. It's great!!!
try purple for your eyes very lightly
