i have black hair that i wear with side bangs and im lightly tan can someone tell how i should wear my make up with this outfit? i always wear eyeliner and mascara, but i want to add somthing else or new, i want to look nice but not overly done. thanks alot (:Makeup help?
I'd go with a brown base since your town and a hot pink eye shadow. It'll make your eyes pop! and clear lip gloss or a light pink lip gloss...simple but very pretty!!!Makeup help?
