if you're looking to use eyeshadow, then use colors that contrast with your eyes, such as brown, purple, etc. they'll make the eyes pop. if you're looking for eyeliner then just use a simple brown, along with a brown mascara. blush is your best bet, find a bright pink/peach color because the brighter it is, the less dirty your face will look. use blue eyeshadow and black eyeliner and some blusher on ur cheeks
