Eye makeup help?

i have blue eyes and light skin whats the best eye makeup?Eye makeup help?
No matter what color eyes you have, always pick neutral colors. They go with any outfit you are wearing, always bring out your eyes, and you never have to worry about looking like a clown. Try these:

*Almay makes make up for every eye color. (Shadow, liner and mascara). It's called Bright Eyes or something of the sort. Its also hypoalergenic and won't clog pores.

*Seeing as your have pale skin, you may just want to do a light powder coverup. No liquid! Bare Minerals seems to work pretty well, you can also find mineral wear make up in just about every make up line today. (Cheap too!)

*Use light browns to accent your eyes, and get an angle brush to line the bottoms of your eyes (like wearing eye liner, but with shadow). Wear the darker color of brown in the crease of your upper eyelid. This will make your eyes ';pop.';

*If you would like, choose a masacra that is light weight (Max Factor makes a great line, as well as Maybelline). If your eyes are blue, you could use blue mascara, but I don't suggest it. Its kind of weird. Also, you could use a blue pencil liner if you like -just make sure to pick a ';normal'; blue, not one of those crappy neon blue colors. Blue eyeliner is suttle enough to bring out the eye, but also be able to tell you're wearing make up.

Stay away from ';cakey'; make up, and also... clear mascara works wonders! I don't know what color your hair is, but if its lighter, clear is the way to go. I have almond colored hair, and I use a black/brown mascara.Eye makeup help?
A rich copper or gold will brighten blue eyes(because both have orange undertones which is the hue opposite your eye color on the color wheel). Also If eyes are blue try browns and rose. Soft browns, peachy, apricot, copper and rose tones. When you use a color opposite the eye, they don’t compete for attention, therefore your eye color pops! Warm shades contrast the coolness of blue eyes, making them stand out. Use a shadow primer and it will extend the wear of your makeup by 6-8 hours. “Eye Primer Potion” by Urban Decay is nice. Its light-weight; has fun packaging (shaped like a potion bottle) and it works great. Apply a thin layer of eye primer on the entire lid and follow with shadow application. Your shadows will last longer and the color will be truer and richer.
best bright eyeshadow/eyeliner colors:

-blue(darker to contrast with your eye color, don't match it to your eyes)

-emerald

-gold

-silver

-purple

best neutral colors:

beige

brown(dark and light)

ivory

gray

save the brighter tones for parties and outings and the neutral tones for everyday wear.

you should also try the smokey look, it looks good on anyone!

a good day look:

-start by lining your eyes with a brown eyeliner(black will wash you out) then apply a brownish black mascara to top and bottom lashes. apply the beige eyeshadow to lids and the ivory to your inner corners.

for parties switched out the beige eyeshadow for a different color.
well i have bluey grey eyes and whenever i wear black eyeliner it always makes them more blue, however it could also make your skin look paler so it depends what look u are trying to achieve, the best way to find out what suits is just to try different shades thats why there are the testers in shops to allow u to see what suits u.
I would deff. put some eyeliner on top of your eyelid and some on the bottom but under your eyelid....you know what I mean?

Yeah and mascara.

=]

Or if you don't like eyeliner try mascara with some pinkish/redish eye shadow would look really good.
I would go with a nice light blue shade and I would use this kind called Mosse it is really good and it is easy to get off and it doesnt hurt your skin I use it and it is good you should try it
I'd go with something a little darker I can't say to much though because I'm dark eyed and skinned. But you can't do to much eye liner I'd lust go with eyeshadow than if you chosee put on the eye liner but than mascarra. TTYL I HOPE KATIE
only a bit of eye liner and some mascara.

wearing some on the top of your eye lid makes your eyes look bigger.

a golden/browny eyeshadow could look nice too, i have pale skin too.(:
since you have blue eyes..like myself.

i would use really light brown(or dark if u wanna go crazy)

and put like yellow over it but not a lot just dab it on there
well, honestly you shouldnt where any, just some lite eyeliner and a little bit of mascara will be perfect!
Pink and gold will really flatter your skin tone and make your eyes look bluer.
