Makeup Help?

To begin with, I am 14 with shoulder length, dark brown hair (I'm cutting it soon!), pale skin with what I believe is yellow undertones, brown eyes, and a little bit of freckles and redness.

My question is...What is the best way to get my makeup like hers:

Any suggestions? I'm new to makeup. ^^;Makeup Help?

if you have pale skin and dark hair, i would go for a brown liner and mascara for a more natural look. if you are feeling edgy then go for the black. first off, pull the outer corner of your eye, so the part you are going to line is taut. then line as close or far from the lashline as you feel. ( if you are new to make up this may take some experimentation before you go public with the look ) then line your bottom rim of your eye.then take a dark shadow and smudge it around the top, moving in outwards. then do the same with the bottom, only closer to the lashline so you dont have a zombie look. then swipe on some mascara ( top and bottom if desired ) shiny pale lip gloss would go best with this eye make up. tinted colors work and also help portray moods / match outfits.
firstly you'll need a good base/foundation.

at 14 your probably guna have a problem with acne soon if not already so id probably opt for a mineral powder foundation in the 2nd lightest colour.

You'll need an eyeliner pencil that you can smudge and a good mascara.

i'd also get a blusher in a pale rose colour for a lil bit of colour around the cheek bones...
oh easy!

get eyeliner... usually sephora has $4 ones

then, get black/dark brown eyeshadow...

put eyeliner on your top eye, and bottom eyelashline.

then, take a q-tip, dab a LITTLE but of water on in, then dip your slightly wet q-tip on the eyeshadow thingie. then, as quickly as possible, apply the wet eyeshadow on your eyelash line.

hope this helps!!

good luck =]
A black eyeliner %26amp; a white or silver eyeshadow.

Also, a volume mascara.
blush on the apples (puffy parts when you smile) of your cheeks, eyeliner (black), mascara (black), and lipgloss (:
shiny lip gloss... obvi.. i think rimmel london has a nice one.. and maybelline eyeshadow and rimmel eyeliner.
