Makeup help?

well, see i want to make my eyes pop more or like look more fresh and stuff. but i dont realy want to use too much makeup cuz my mom doesnt approve of black macrara and black eyeliner ..shes weird like that but i no its comlicated but does anyone have any tips to help me?Makeup help?

I got this tip from watching tyra banks show. Use a white eyeliner on the inside of your lower eye. It really works to make your eyes look fresh.





also, dot a bit of highlighter right in the middle of your eyelid,. it makes your eyes pop! :)
does your mom allows brown mascara an eyeliner? if not then how about eyeshadow. try gold color shadow and curl your lashes with a eyelash curler. use powder foundation and concealer if you need it. clear lipgloss. how about blush in peach color.

ok, first get a foundation as close to your skin colour as possible. then, blend it on your eyelids, and around your eyes to make them look good. then get a brown mascara (your mom will let you buy it AND it looks black!) apply as many coats as you need to yur top and bottom lashes. you can also get a darker effect by brushing a black eyeshadow/powder on your top lashline. you could also get a brown eyeliner if you want
