im thirteen and goin into eighth grade. i want to start wearing makeup but im not really a freak about it. i don't wanna like cake it on but i want to look cute. im not really amazingly pretty im just normal that not many guys notice. i have shoulder length hair and dark brown eyes. thanx a tonMakeup help??
Mascara, eyeliner, gloss, sometimes eyeshadow. go to youtube to learn how to apply. Good Luck!

P.S. o ya and on the eyeshadow, there are a few things i learned:

1.LIGHT golden brown across the whole eye up to th brow bone, the medium brown on the sides and dark brown on the lid w/ brown liner.

2. same as the one above xcept in purple. light purple, medium purple, dark purple, black liner.

3. (this is 4 blush) to make it look natural, apply to the apple pf your cheeks and around your whole hairline to make it natural

4. bronzer - apply only where the sun hits your face

Good Luck!

Try the Bare Escentuals line of makeup--it's pretty hard to cake it on even if you wanted to. It's light, won't clog pores, and helps enhance your looks instead of trying to cover them up.
ok, im ur age and i do powder, blush, liner, shadow and gloss. very simple.
Make it nice and natural.

When I was in eighth grade all I wore was mascara, foundation, and lipgloss, but you can wear a little eyepiner on the top eyelids if you want, but dont go overboard with anything. if you put on too much, just dab it off with a tissue.

put some eyeshadow on and some lipgloss that shines
you should either a pencil or self-sharpening eyeliner so that it won't look cakey...i'm going into 9th grade and i just use eyeliner, mascara, eyeshadow, and an eyelash curler... but every once in a while i'll use foundation. i don't think anyone should use a foundation unless their skin is uneven...which mine sometimes is.

for eyeliner and mascara i would recommend getting covergirl...the eyeliner goes on smooth and the mascara really helps to make your lashes look longer
As a makeup artist for 20 years and I do all my clients daughters before school, I recommend Bee Luscious Cosmetics, you can use the mineral pressed powder for a light coverage and it has an SPF 8 so that will add protection from the sun, then I suggest the automatic eye liner in brown or indigo and the HD mascara in carbon black, finish off with the ca-peach-ino triple split blush and liptox sheers in the color contessa or precious and you will be great to go all year.
just some mascara and maybe a golden colored eyeshadow not much more that tho and i'm sure you'll catch lots of guys eyes!!!!
lipgloss and eyeliner always does the trick but if you have bad skin wear conclealear and blush you'll look right your age too
