Yeahh, it depends on you , and your face. Youtube is great for makeup tips. I use it all the time :)Makeup help!?please click?
Well, first, honey, you have to identify what kind of skin you have.
Dry-gets dry and flaky before 10AM and stays that way until around 2 or 3PM.
Oily-gets shiny around 10AM and stays that way until 2 or 3PM.
Sensitive-any irritation can cause redness (also called rosacea) on mainly or cheeks and nose.
Combination-skin that is normal (meaning it's not dry or too sensitive), but it does get an oily T-Zone (the areas of your forehead, nose and chin).
Once you know what type of skin you have, you then need to invest in cleansers, moisturizers or stuff like that-in order to keep your skin healthy and glowing. Now, for dry skin, you should always apply moisturizer first, and then apply your liquid foundation. For oily skin, skip the moisturizer and heavier liquid foundation, and instead, go for a sunscreen-based cleanser, and then top it off with a dusting of powder. For sensitive skin, look for products that say hypoallergenic, meaning they won't clog your pores and they won't irritate your skin. Look for a good-smelling lotion too, to help calm (reduce) the redness. And, last but not least, for combination skin, use powder on your T-Zone and keep the other non-oily parts of your skin moisturized.
Phew! That was a lot! But, your not done yet......you now have to decide what skin tone you have. It sort of goes along with your hair color, like so......
Blondes: tend to have light skin, and don't tan very well
Redheads: tend to very fair to ivory skin, and burn a lot rather than tan
Brunettes: are lucky, because their complexions range from beige to olive, or from tan to medium skin. Here's a trick: if you have light brown hair, your skin coloring is beige or tan, and if you have darker brown hair, then your skin coloring is olive or medium toned. Brunettes also tan easily.
And lastly, black haired people: have deep and dark complexions, and are the most easiest to tan and not get burnt.
Now, once you've been through all of that, it's now time for the makeup! YIPEE!
Blue eyes: should wear the following: light brown mascara and eyeliner, green OR taupe eyeshadow , light pink blush and lip gloss.
Green eyes: should wear the following: dark brown mascara and eyeliner, blue OR brown eyeshadow, and corals for the cheeks and lips.
Brown eyes: should wear the following: black mascara and eyeliner, purple OR champagne eyeshadow, and keep the cheeks and lips a rosy pink color.
Dark Brown-to almost black looking eyes: can pull off almost anything! Go for a jet-black (the blackest black you can find!) mascara and eyeliner, a mocha or tan colored eyeshadow, and keep the lips and cheeks neutral-sort of a peach or carmel colored.
*All of these eye colors can do a bolder eye, like a neon green or hot pink, every once in a while ;-)*

i depends on you. www.youtube.com will have stuff.
Well, it's kinda hard to answer, when I don't know what you look like.
But you should just play around with makeup, and see what look looks the best on you. I reccomend putting a light brown eyeliner on the top lid, and a little on the bottom, but don't go all the way across. Try a little mascara too.
This video is really nice:

Hope I helped!
i find that the best way to find out the best makeup for your face is to get it personally done.
go to a nearby sephora where they have tons of different products. the workers are trained and very professional and will give you an insight to personalize your makeup, as well as the different kinds of looks youd like.its completely free, and they are very good at what they do.
DONT go to a department store where they will only sell you their own brand
online links and columns are usually too generalized to really help at all with your specifics.
