Let me start off by saying that if you're looking for inexpensive, quality makeup, I suggest http://www.eyeslipsface.com. Nearly everything there is one dollar.

Eyeshadow:

I like getting maybelline quads. they last a long time.

I personally have lucious sorbet for my blue eyes.

The medium shade (top one showed on those quads) goes all over the lid.

Second one down (second darkest) compliments and goes in the crease.

The lightest goes all the way up to your brown bone.

Last but not least the darkest goes at the outer corner of your eye.

Blue eyes - browns and blues

Brown eyes - golds, bronzes, browns, purples.

Hazel Eyes - can pull off most any color

Green eyes - green (duh), browns

These are good rules for general eyeshadow, not just these quads.

As for eyeliner, black looks pretty good on everyone...

brown eyes should use brown, blue eyes should use navy. eyeslipsface.com has sky blue for $1.

if your eyes are brown, purple can look good also. If your eyes are green, a dark forest green is good.

Mascara - for a more natural look (and especially if your skin is light or your eyes are brown) use brown mascara. for a more dramatic look use black. and if you want to look crazy use colored.

For blush, light pinks and browns or shimmers look good on most people.

Lip gloss - can't go wrong with clear.

Foundation - Most people don't need much foundation, especially not liquid, but... For a powder, be sure to use a brush. For liquid use a sponge or your hands. People seem to like bare minerals because it's light on your skin and is good for you, but i havent tried it.Makeup help??
you don't need a foundation being 13. if you do want it, mix it with some moisturiser to sheer it out a little. for you you should use just a concealor, some eyeshadows and maybe bronzer.

concealor: just use this JUST where you need it. this means pimples, under your eyes, dark circles etc. never over do it or else it can make you look very ageing.

eyeshadows: i love green eyes. to make them pop here is what yocu an do.

1. you need complimentary colours such as red browns. apply a bronzer tone all over your eyelid.

2. take a smaller brush and take a sort of light pink or pink white and apply near to the lash.

3. with your finger blend the pink into the bronze, blending upwards.

4. curl your lashes. take your eyelash curlers and with your hairdryer, heat them up with air for about 5-10 seconds. by doing this the eyelash curlers will be sort of like curling irons, leaving the eyelashes curled for longer. curl the lashes.

5. take a really black mascara like dior black out. and apply on the top lashes and on the bottom. be careful on the bottom. it can be a bit messy. just using the tip of the brush and lightly touch the bottom lashes and that should be enough.

bronzer: it think you using blush is great. just apply on the cheekbones. bronzer can be used to make you look nice and healthy and sunkissed. you can use this also on the forehead and cheeks etc.

you can also use this to contour cheekbones. apply bronzer on the bottom part of the cheekbones. then with your blush, brush lightly on the apples of the cheeks. the apples are when you smile the bits of yoru cheeks that puff out are the apples.

hope this helped!
just leave it the way it is any more would be over doing it well i guess a little eye shadow would be ok but just a litle and go for a natural color like a light brown
