i'm a little confused on what you need help on, but all i can say is to go back to the store and tell them your problem, or return it.
what kind of makeup is it? if its eyeliner try twisting it or just return it i guess.
well i'm confused what yur talking about so i think u mite b talking abut mascara. well if it the one w/ a white brush i think u have to twist it or something at least. but wht i do is read the directions dat go w/ the paper daats in the back of the makeup!!
