If you have oily skin perhaps by applying a skin toner before the foundation (primer) would help reduce the oily-ness of the skin.

for the oily skin i have that too i use either oil reducing wash or oil sheets i think its by cleana nd clear theyre like little blue pieces of paper and you wipe them on your face and the oil goes awy not permenantly but for a while
