Eye Shadow


Eye shadow is meant to highlight and define the eyes. Eye shadow is used to create depth to bring out the beauty of the eyes. A dark color used on the lid will make the eye appear smaller, while a lighter color will make it appear larger. That is what eye shadow is about - creating illusions. These are the basic techniques for the following eye shapes:





Small eyes: Don't use too much shadow or liner 鈥?it will make you eyes look smaller. Apply a light color on eyelid, use a darker color in the crease and use a highlighter under the brow.





Large eyes: Wear darker shadow on the lid and extend it to the crease. Use a flat color under the brow to highlight.





Deep-set eyes: Use light colors on the eyelid and under the brow. Use a medium color in the crease. Emphasize the outer corners with shadow.





Mascara:











* First of all you decide that you want to do simple make up or party make up. After this make the decision of dry or wet make up.








* After doing the whole face make up than there will be the turn of eyes. Give preference to water proof or water soluble mascara. For removing the water soluble mascara there is no need of make up remover, whereas for removing the water proof mascara you have to rub the eyes little bit which will cause wrinkles on face. Water proof mascara is good for athletes and swimmers.








*If you are interested in applying colorful mascara than the color of mascara should be according to the color of hair.





How To Apply Eyeliner





Liquid eyeliner should only be used above the top lashes. It is best to use a pencil or eyeshadow under the lower lashes. For a more dramatic look, use a colored kohl pencil above and below lashes and follow with a black liquid liner on the top. It will make your lashes appear darker and will stay on all day. A dark eye-liner highlights the shape of your eyes and deepens the look. Softly line with eyeliner pencil, draw a thin line along lashes next to roots.





Eyeliner Tips





Eyeliner should be applied close to the base of the eyelashes. Products vary from cake to liquid liner to pencil. Practice makes perfect in achieving a fine line.





Pencil liners can be used above top lashes and under lower lashes. Liquid liners should only be used on the top lid.





A liquid eyeliner that you use with a fine brush will stay on the best. If you don麓t feel adept at this, pencils work well also. Pencils can be smudged for a subtle look. Always hold your head back, look down into the mirror, and apply your eyeliner. This will keep your eyelid skin tight and you can make a smooth line.





Don麓t apply eyeliner in a thick line. It looks harsh and makes the eye appear heavy and tired. Get out of the 60麓s and instead use a fine line. If you have trouble, use a brush to blend and smooth it out.





To enhance deep-set eyes line both the upper and lower lids, then choose light eye shadows such as pale pink, peach or beige.





Here's how to minimize the chances of makeup irritating your eyes when you're wearing your lenses. Apply your make-up after inserting your lenses. You must use waterproof eye make-up and it must be hypo-allergenic. Do not apply eyeliner to the inner edge of the lid or above the lash line on the lower lid.


1. Here's the best bet to setting your lip colour. No matter what the texture of your lipstick is always apply lip balm first to soften and smoothen the skin. If your lips are chapped apply some Vaseline and softly rub your lips with a soft muslin cloth to remove dead skin leaving your lips looking healthier.




















2. The first step to a fashionable mouth is to define your lipline, if you want to make your lips appear smaller use colours like dark berry or chocolate shades which make lips look thinner also apply the liner on the inner boundary of your natural line. On the contrary if you want a





more fuller look recreate your lipline slightly above your natural line and use a sheeny or sheer moisturising lip stick in warm coal, rosy pink or a bronzed caramel tone. Make even more of your mouth by applying little gloss in the middle of your lower lip.





3. After a proper definition apply your lipstick with a lip brush this gives a more even and lasting look to the lipstick, then blot with a tissue. You can dust some powder through a single ply tissue to achieve a sophisticated matte look or reapply another coat of lipstick for intense colour.





4. If you always land up with lipstick on your teeth than simply put your index finger in your mouth, close your lips around it and slowly pull it out of your mouth. The residue will stick to your finger.





5. The new -look of glossy shimmering lips can be achieved easily by applying a gloss that matches your lipstick colour so it enhances the actual tone as well as add shine. Or think of updating a tired browny lipstick with a lick of shiny gold shimmer- it's instant sun-kissed splendor on your lip
Just remember less is more. You are a very beautiful girl already but I understand about wanting to use makeup. I would go with a soft earthtone eye shadow...lightest colour at the brow, middle colour on the lid and darkest at the crease. Before applying eyeshadow I would take a mocha colour eyeliner and do a soft line along upper lashes...no crazy lines past your eyeline. Dark brown or black mascara. A soft taupe blusher to highlight your cheekbones. And to finish a soft coral or taupe lipstick...no shiny glosses. If you want to use foundation remember to get one that is closest to your skin tone. Go to drugstore and sample on your wrist and then go outside to see it in daylight. Store lights can sometimes play tricks with your eyes. Also remember foundation should be blended past your jawline onto your neck so there is no visible start or finish lines.
Your really pretty and i love your eyes! I think for like a daytime look, you should go with brown smudged eyeliner with black mascara, a little bit of pink blush, and a pinkish berry lip color. For a nice look, I'd say play up your eyes and do a brown smokey eye, which will make ur eyes pop like crazy. You also have amazing lips, so you can line them with a pinkish lipliner and use a berry/brown undertone lip color, a little stronger of color than the daytime one and add a tiny amount of gloss, but not overly glossed. Also, you can define youe cheekbones by using three colors: a darker berryish color in the concave part of your cheek, a lighter pinkish color on the apples, and a little bit of white shimmery powder on the very top of ur cheekbones.

i would go for a more natural look.


Curl your eyelashes


Use brown maskara and eyeliner (or black if you prefer)


Use the right concealer for your skintone to hide any spots/zits that might appear and also use it under your eyelids to make you look more awake.


I wouldnt wear foundation if I were you but a orangy-browny/ peachy blusher would work well (apply it in upwards strokes on your cheekbones)


I would suggest a clear lipgloss too.

I would say to add a little bronzer to your skin, something to add some color to your cheeks, some eyeliner (brown or maybe a really dark chocolate) and mascara, keep your tones of your eye shadow warm it would really compliment your eyes and make them stand out.
woah ur skin is fantastic! go with a bit of light eyeshadow (if you want), coloured eyeliner on ur waterline on the bottom and maybe black on the top, some mascara maybe?

you should get your eyebrows waxed and wear some foundation an bronzer and some eyeliner and mascara!!! you would look AMAZING!! but you are already pretty! =)
..You really dont need to waer a lot of make up..just try using a bit of eyeliner and mascara to make your eyes really stand out :)
