Mineral makeup help!!!?

has anybody tried either loreal or neutrogena mineral makeup?? which is better for acne/blackhead oily skin?? any advise???

I guess i talking about mineral makeup in general will it help with acne? Is the loreal a good choice?Mineral makeup help!!!?
You should check out Bare Escentuals line of mineral makeup. You can buy it online and also in some stores. Just checkout their website at: http://www.bareescentuals.com/....... It's very good at covering small problem areas and giving you a good overall coverage without causing breakouts. You should try combining a benzoyl peroxide based acne gel w/ a light moisturizer followed by this mineral makeup.Mineral makeup help!!!?
I have not tried L'oreal's or Neutrogena's mineral makeup, but I am using Bare Escentuals instead. I prefer to splurge on powders!

I highy recommend it, works best for me - I live in a humid climate and have a breakout prone skin.

The powder is lightweight, looks fresh and clean all day, and best of all it's actually good for your skin since it has natural minerals! Check out these sources:
ive never used it personally, but a friend of mine with sensitive skin uses the bare minerals and absolutly loves it, it works good for her skin. Wash your face with warm water and a gentle cleaser if you must use cleanser. I use Proactive Repairing lotion, and Clearisle (however its spelled) works good for me
bare minerals are the best....i would try loreal. neutrogena's brish combo thing doesn't work!!
i'v tried both and loreal made me break out and it feels like just another powder! the neutrogena mineral make up is the best!!! it's sooooo loose! it feel like u have nothing on and it actually helps with the oilyness!!! take my word for it... its in my purse right now!!! good luck
I've heard better things about L'Oreal's. However, if you have acne mineral makeup may not be your best bet. Healing blemishes tend to be a little flaky, and mineral makeup clings to them and brings them out so badly that you might as well hold a magnifying glass over them! A well-formulated liquid foundation won't clog your pores or make it worse. A lot of mineral makeup devotees will tell you this but it simply isn't true. (They are proof of the power of advertising!!) Neither is the claim that because they are ';pure minerals'; they will help your skin. Petroleum jelly is also a refined mineral and not good for all skin types!

Just pick a good oil-free foundation and make sure to wash with a good cleanser each night (Purpose is great, Cetaphil is a great cleanser but not a good makeup remover), and use a moisturizer with salicylic acid, like Neutrogena Rapid Clear.
I use Twisted Fayte's Mineral Makeup and Urban Apothecary. Love both and they wear much better than traditional makeup.
