ok well first, do you want dramatic eyes or lips?





if you want dramatic eyes-


first use a black pencil liner to line the bottom outer corners of your eyes then take a shimmery grey/black eyeshadow and make a thin line of that on your eyelid right where the eyelashes start. then apply 2 coats of black mascarra finish the look with a pale or clear lip gloss (dont do dramatic eyes with bright lips like red or something, you'll look like a clown!)





if you want a summery look and dramatic lips-


line your eyes with a brown pencil liner then dust a light shimmery powder eyeshadow over your eyelids, go for a peach or off white or pink color, then wear a shade of lip stick that matches you lips (make it match is best you can) and then take a shimmery gloss and draw a upside down T in the middle of your bottom lip- this makes them sooo plump-looking!

omg! you sound just like meeee! I have blue eyes and brown hair too!!!! ok so I use Brown Mascara or Black in your case and then I use a light brown/copper eye shadow. I try to stay away from eye liner if I can help it.
i wouldn't wear that much make-up. Looking natural makes you look great and healthy. A little blush on the cheeks looks good too.
i have blue eyes and light brown hair.. i wear cover up under the eyes because i have dark circles and i wear light pink eyes shadow usually and mascara..
